Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore anxiety, stress, life transitions, trauma, and relationship patterns. Together, we work toward clarity, emotional balance, and practical tools for daily life.  

Fees & Duration

$235 per session

The session is 50 minute long.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a structure and supportive space to improve communication, rebuilt trust, and better understand recurring patterns.  Together, we focus on strengthening connection and developing healthier ways of relating.

$300 per session

The session is 75 minute long.

How Sessions Work:

Online Therapy

Available to clients throughout British Columbia and Alberta. 

Sessions are conducted via secure Zoom to ensure privacy and convenience.

Virtual sessions are typically offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Additional availability may be arranged when possible.


Virtual appointments may be booked individually through the secure online booking system.

In-Person Therapy (Kelowna)

In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays and Fridays at:

In-person appointments are scheduled directly with the therapist during sessions or via email. Please inquire about availability, as these appointments are not booked through the online system.
